Terms & Conditions

I. Vehicle cannot be used for racing or off-roading

II. Renter is responsible for all traffic violations and must turn summonses upon return of the vehicle.

III. Renter to report all accidents immediately.

IV. No smoking permitted. Failure to do so will result in a detail fee.

V. Renter has to be 25 years old or older.

VI. Out-of-state driver license is required to have a 3rd piece of ID.
